Nazir Ahmad Khan received the Gurez seat with 8,378 votes, 1,132 greater than the runner-up Faqeer Khan’s 7,246 votes.

“I’ve been visiting totally different locations within the constituency for the previous 10 days to thank individuals for my victory. I visited each village. Faqeer Khan’s son and Tulail District Improvement Council member, Aijaz Ahmad Khan mentioned NC employees provoked the clashes.

“Yesterday at Gujran, first they attacked our dwelling and abused girls of our village. That’s the reason the mob resorted to violence from each side which prompted accidents to considered one of our women. The clashes went on for a while,” Aijaz mentioned.
