1. Front Office Supervisor / Front Office Executive
- Responsibilities: Manage front office operations, supervise staff, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Requirements: Previous experience in front office management, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
2. Housekeeping Supervisor (HK Supervisor)
- Responsibilities: Oversee housekeeping operations, manage the cleaning staff, ensure rooms are maintained to the highest standards, and coordinate with other departments.
- Requirements: Experience in housekeeping management, attention to detail, and excellent leadership skills.
3. Guest Relations Executive
- Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to guests, handle feedback and inquiries, and ensure a memorable stay for all guests.
- Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills, experience in guest relations, and a proactive attitude.
4. Housekeeping Supervisor (HK Supervisor)

5. Purchase Supervisor
- Responsibilities: Manage procurement processes, liaise with vendors, maintain inventory levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
