Sanjay Kaushik has recently taken on the role of General Manager at Mandrem Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in Goa. With an impressive career in hospitality management, Sanjay brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new position.
Before joining Mandrem Hotels, Sanjay was the General Manager at Rani Kothi Group in Nagpur and The Tattwa Corbett Spa & Resort. In these roles, he oversaw hotel operations, ensured exceptional guest experiences, and drove business growth.
Sanjay’s career also includes serving as the Banquet Manager at Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Bengaluru, where he managed banquet operations and coordinated events. Additionally, he was a Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces in New Delhi, where he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
As the Food and Beverage Manager at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company in Ahmedabad, Sanjay excelled in managing food and beverage operations and developing menus. He also gained valuable experience as an assistant manager of banquets at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group in Jaipur and as a unit manager at Pind Balluchi in Mumbai.
Sanjay’s journey in hospitality began as a Senior Guest Service Associate at IHCL Taj Palace in New Delhi, where he built a strong foundation in guest service and management.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) from Dr. C.V. Raman University. He also has a Diploma in F&B Service from FCI in Lajpat Nagar and completed his higher secondary education at Hindu High School in Sonepat, Haryana.
