There’s hardly anybody who will not be excited for the discharge of Mufasa: The Lion King. Disney’s upcoming movie, set to hit cinema screens on December 20, has already generated a number of buzz. Mahesh Babu has lent his voice to the position of Mufasa within the Telugu model of the movie. The famous person’s daughter, Sitara Ghattamaneni, has expressed her pleasure and pleasure over her father’s involvement within the venture. In a video dropped by the makers on Instagram, Sitara talked about how she sees putting parallels between her father’s character and that of Mufasa.

Sitara Ghattamaneni stated, “I really feel proud that my dad did the movie as a result of Mufasa is such an iconic character in The Lion King. He (Mahesh Babu) is loads like Mufasa in actual life as effectively. He is loving and protecting. After I heard the information, I used to be actually proud and thrilled that he was enjoying Mufasa. I maintain making enjoyable of him that I labored with Disney first by Frozen,” Sitara stated. FYI: Sitara voiced younger Elsa within the Telugu model of Frozen 2.

Sitara Ghattamaneni additionally shared an anecdote about how Mahesh Babu ready for Mufasa: The Lion King. She revealed that in preparation, her father would typically follow the traces whereas interacting with their pet canine, Snoopy.  She shared, “He practised loads. He is an ideal match for this character and it is also his first time. Each time I watch the trailer, I really feel pleased when he comes on display. I am unable to wait to see the total film. He’ll be nice. Within the first half, I actually love the place Rafiki holds up Simba. My dad used to carry Snoopy like that when he was somewhat child… It is fairly humorous that now he is really enjoying Mufasa”.

Directed by Barry Jenkins, Mufasa: The Lion King is the prequel of The Lion King. The upcoming venture follows Mufasa’s journey – from a misplaced, orphaned cub to the legendary lion king everyone knows and love. Whereas it attracts inspiration from the basic 1994 movie (which was reimagined in 2019 by Jon Favreau), this one provides a complete new layer to Mufasa’s backstory.

Within the Telugu model, Mahesh Babu takes on the position of Mufasa, with Brahmanandam as Pumbaa, Ali as Timon, Satyadev as Taka and Ayyappa P Sharma as Kiros. 

For the Hindi model, the enduring Shah Rukh Khan is bringing Mufasa to life, along with his son Aryan Khan voicing Simba. And do not miss little AbRam Khan, who’s lending his voice to Mufasa as a cub. Sanjay Mishra is on Pumbaa obligation, Shreyas Talpade is Timon, Makarand Deshpande is Rafiki and Meiyang Chang takes on Taka.
