A Journey Through Global Culinary Excellence

Chef Kutubuddin’s career is a testament to dedication and mastery in the culinary arts. A graduate of the Premier Institute of Hotel Management, Odisha, he began his journey at Grain of Salt, Kolkata, working alongside renowned Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. This early experience shaped his creative approach to flavors and techniques.

He then played a key role in the pre-opening of Lotus Resorts under Kamat Hotels India Limited before taking his talents abroad in 2012. He refined his skills as a Junior Sous Chef at Le Chocolate, Bahrain, followed by an eight-year tenure as an Operations Chef at Al Mantiq Company in Saudi Arabia, managing large-scale culinary operations.

Most recently, he served as a Sous Chef at Oberoi Flight Services, Mumbai, where he honed his expertise in precision, menu development, and large-scale catering.
