Amit Anand appointed as Front Office Manager at Eros Hotel New Delhi

Amit Anand has been named the new front office manager of the Eros Hotel New Delhi.

In addition to managing the front desk staff, Amit will oversee all guest service operations, ensuring that visitors are greeted warmly, checked in quickly, and assisted with any needs they may have while staying at the hotel. He will establish stringent emergency procedures, keep an eye on security measures, and make sure that safety and health regulations are followed.

His role involves liaising with various departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to ensure seamless guest services and to resolve any issues brought up by visitors. Acknowledged for his proficiency in guest relations, problem-solving, and team management, he is well-positioned to steer the hotel’s front office operations towards unprecedented levels of success.

Throughout his career, Amit has worked for well-known hotels and resorts, including The Oberoi Hotel, Trident Hotel, The Leela Palace, and most recently, The Lodhi Hotel in New Delhi, where he was the front office manager. His diverse background and deep industry knowledge will support him to excel while working at Eros Hotel.
