Recently, Amit Singh started working at the Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa in Goa as the front office manager. Amit demonstrated his proficiency in customer service and satisfaction during his tenure as Assistant Front Office Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts in New Delhi. This position allowed him to contribute to the smooth operation of a 480-key luxury hotel. Before that, he was the duty manager of The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi, where he was in charge of managing daily operations and making sure that visitors had the best possible experience.
Amit is career in hospitality started at the Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, where he showed his dedication to marketing and customer satisfaction by performing exceptionally well as a duty manager. During his employment as a sales executive at Vivanta by Taj Dwarka in New Delhi, he further refined his abilities in sales and customer relations.
Amit is training in front office operations from Oberoi Center of Learning & Development and his strong foundation in hotel management from IHM Meerut have given him the skills and knowledge he needs to succeed in his position at Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa.

Amit furthered his professional development by completing the Harvard Business School’s Rooms Division Capability Development Program, which improved his hotel management skills.
