Arijit Mitra has started working at Fortune Valley View in Manipal as an executive housekeeper.
Arijit Mitra is currently serving as the Executive Housekeeper at Fortune Valley View, a member of ITC’s Hotel Group, located in Manipal. In this role, Arijit is responsible for managing the housekeeping operations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property.
Before his current position, Arijit was the Housekeeping Manager (HOD) at Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Kolkata and Spree Hospitality in Pune. Here, he oversaw the housekeeping staff, coordinated with other departments, and implemented policies to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Arijit also served as a housekeeping executive at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Hubli, where he managed daily housekeeping activities and ensured compliance with hotel standards. Prior to this, he worked as a housekeeping room attendant and a hotel operation trainee in the housekeeping department at the Imperial Palace in Rajkot, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of hotel housekeeping.
Arijit Mitra holds a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from the School of Indian Hotel Management. He completed his higher secondary education at the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.
