Chef Dinesh’s passion for cooking ignited in 2004, marking the beginning of an illustrious career. Over the years, he has honed his craft in India’s most prestigious hotels, such as The Oberoi Grand Kolkata, Taj Exotica Goa, Taj Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur, Grand Hyatt Goa, Sheraton Brigade Bangalore, and Marriott Hotels in Jaipur and Mussoorie.
His expertise spans a variety of cuisines, including continental and Italian, along with multi-cuisine specialties. Chef Dinesh is particularly renowned for his creative à la carte dishes, extravagant buffet spreads, and bespoke banquet menus, demonstrating his versatility and innovative approach.
