Pilibhit House in Haridwar has appointed Chef Rohit Dubey as its new Chef-in-Charge.

In his new position at Pilibhit House, Haridwar, Chef Dubey will oversee the hotel’s recently opened restaurant, The Terrace, as well as oversee the culinary operations. Chef Dubey is an accomplished professional with a strong focus on results, having worked in a number of exciting kitchens around the nation. He is an expert in creating custom dining experiences for guests and has a broad knowledge of both national and international cuisines. Chef Dubey makes sure that the highest standards of food quality are constantly met by paying close attention to detail.

Chef Dubey graduated from Annamalai University in Chennai with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism. During his remarkable career, he has won numerous accolades and worked at prestigious establishments like the Radisson Varanasi and Courtyard by Marriott in Chennai. Later, he became a pillar of support for the Taj Group of Hotels’ culinary department. Before coming to Pilibhit House, he spent a lot of time overseeing the kitchen crew and making sure that visitors had the best possible experience at The Taj Ganges, Varanasi, and Taj Nadesar Palace.
