Most recently, Wyndham, Katra, promoted Dheerendra Kumar to General Manager of Ramada. Dheerendra, who has a plethora of hotel management experience, is eager to contribute his knowledge and leadership to his new position.
Prior to receiving his promotion, Dheerendra oversaw front desk operations for two years and made sure that guests were satisfied at the Ramada by Wyndham, Katra. His promotion is well-earned because of his commitment to excellence and outstanding work in this capacity.
Dheerendra was the front office manager of The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, before joining Ramada. He was responsible for overseeing all hotel operations and sales in this capacity, which greatly aided in the establishment’s success.
Adding to Dheerendra’s vast experience is his tenure as Front Office Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Jhansi, where he oversaw all front desk operations and delivered top-notch customer care.
Dheerendra has a strong background in business and hotel management thanks to his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
