Components

All-purpose flour: 2 cups 

Butter – 2 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Carom seeds – ½ tsp

Stuffing: 

Cashew nuts – ½ cup

Almonds – ½ cup

Peanuts – ½ cup

Oil – 2tbsp 

Fennel seeds – 1 tsp

Coriander seeds – 1 tsp

Nigella seeds – ½ tsp

Desiccated coconut – ½ cup

Pepper powder  – ½ tsp

Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

Salt – 1 tsp

Dried mango powder – 1 tbsp

Powder sugar – 2 tbsp

Technique:

Step 1: Take a bowl and empty flour, butter, salt and carom seeds. Rub properly. Add water and knead a stiff dough. 

Step 2: Cowl and depart the dough to relaxation for 20 minutes. 

Step 3: In the meantime, fry cashew, almonds and peanuts. Grind it collectively.
