Hilton Goa-Panaji has named Roselyn Marian as the new Director of Sales at DoubleTree. From her Mumbai headquarters, Roselyn will be in charge of the hotel’s business development initiatives. She has been working in the hotel industry for more than 13 years. The hotel is working to improve its sales and commercial objectives, focussing on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, and her employment marks a significant turning point in the business.
A Seasoned Professional with a Proven Track Record
Roselyn Marian, who has worked with some of the most well-known companies in the hospitality industry, offers a wealth of sales and business development expertise to DoubleTree by Hilton Goa-Panaji. Throughout her career, she has worked at The Oberoi Mumbai, Leela Mumbai, Marriott-NNSO, Taj President, and Hyatt Regency New Delhi. When she joined the first Marriott sales cluster-building team in India, she demonstrated her ability to handle sales efforts.
A Vision for Success
As part of her new position, Roselyn will oversee the hotel’s sales strategy and be accountable for creating a target-driven work atmosphere. In line with the property’s larger economic goals, it is anticipated that under her leadership, the MICE sector will witness substantial expansion and new views.
