The Mumbai Police has interrogated producer Ekta Kapoor and her mom Shobha Kapoor, who had been booked beneath the Safety of Kids From Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for allegedly exhibiting inappropriate scenes involving minor ladies in an episode of ALT Balaji’s net collection ‘Gandi Baat’.

After their interrogation on Monday, they’ve been requested to seem for questioning once more on Thursday. Mumbai Police has sought details about the actors working within the collection. They may also file the assertion of the actors and director of the movie, as per Mumbai Police’s assertion.

The police have additionally requested Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor to carry some paperwork associated to ALT Balaji.

Earlier, the Mumbai Police had registered a case towards Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and ALT Balaji firm beneath the POCSO Act.

The case is said to season 6 of the online collection ‘Gandi Baat’ on the OTT platform ALT Balaji.
