Before that, he was the manager of the food and beverage department at the Radisson Hotel Varanasi, where he played a key role in increasing F&B sales and operations.

Francis led the food and beverage operations for brands like Radisson, Raviz Group of Hotels Dubai, Tiger Group Dubai Bogmallo Beach Resort Goa, and Dalmia Resorts International at Old Anchor Goa during his twenty-four years in the hospitality business in India and the Middle East.
