Gaurav Dhayani has been appointed as the new Beverage Corporate Head at Pacific Hospitality. With his wealth of knowledge and outstanding accomplishments in the field, Gaurav will oversee the company’s beverage sector, promoting quality and innovation in mixology.
Having held positions as Diageo’s North India Brand Ambassador and Corporate Beverage Manager at NOHO and AIDU, Gaurav has a plethora of experience. Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked at Taj Palace New Delhi, Grappa at The Shangri-La New Delhi, and Olive Bar & Kitchen. Among the many honors he has received are the Diageo World Class, Monin Ultimate Cup, and Flamboyant Bartender of the Year for 2019.
