Positions & Responsibilities
1. Front Office Manager
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and managing front desk staff.
- Ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain front office records and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Train and mentor front office staff to maintain the highest standards of service.
2. Duty Manager
- Ensure the hotel’s smooth daily operations, particularly in the absence of senior management.
- Supervise the entire hotel operation, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and address any operational challenges.
3. Senior Steward
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest orders, setting up tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Supervise and guide junior stewards and wait staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage inventory of dining supplies and ensure stock is maintained.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure prompt and accurate service.
Requirements
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Experience:
- For Front Office Manager: Minimum 3-5 years in hotel front office operations, with prior managerial experience preferred.
- For Duty Manager: Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- For Senior Steward: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food & beverage industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
