Shrey’s career began with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from IHM, Lucknow, his hometown, setting the foundation for his deep-rooted connection to the city.
After joining Hyatt Regency Lucknow in 2017 as a Sales Manager, Shrey quickly made his mark, notably contributing as a pre-opening team member. His dedication and expertise propelled him to the role of Associate Director of Sales, his most recent position before this elevation.
Beyond Hyatt, Shrey has enriched his experience with renowned brands such as Taj, Radisson, and Jaypee Group, honing his skills across diverse hospitality environments. Known for his assiduity and dynamic approach, Shrey consistently strives for excellence, setting new benchmarks with each endeavor.
