Jamie Williams has been named Director of Sales at Bossier City’s Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana.
A world-class destination for gaming, lodging, dining, and entertainment, Cordish Gaming Group, the gaming arm of The Cordish Companies, today announced the appointment of JAMIE WILLIAMS as DIRECTOR OF SALES of the highly anticipated $270+ million LIVE! CASINO & HOTEL LOUISIANA. The venue is scheduled to open in early 2025.

In her new role, Ms. Williams—who has decades of sales experience in Louisiana—will be in charge of an unparalleled team of experts. Completing the elite group of catering and event specialists on the property, she will also collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to offer guidance on event planning and execution.
Ms. Williams is a well-known industry veteran in Louisiana with over 25 years of experience as a leader in the hospitality sector. She is well-versed in building vital connections, managing productive teams, and increasing sales revenue.
Before joining the Live! team, Ms. Williams held notable positions in sales and catering at Golden Nugget Lake Charles Hotel and Casino; director of sales, catering, events, and marketing at the Shreveport Convention Center and Shreveport Municipal Auditorium; director of sales at Harrah’s Louisiana Downs and Horseshoe Bossier City Casino and Hotel; director of sales at Isle of Capri Casino & Hotel Bossier City; and director of sales at Diamond Jacks Casino & Hotel, the former property that is currently undergoing renovations to become Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana.
Ms. Williams, who presently resides in Bossier City, is a graduate of Troy State University in Dothan, Alabama. She is a member of several prestigious business associations, such as Executive Women’s International, Meetings Professional International, Bossier City Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. For thirteen years, Ms. Williams has been a member of the Louisiana Society of Association Executives board of directors.
