FutureLog AG has named Jochen Gabner as its Chief Operating Officer (COO).
It is with great pleasure that FutureLog, the leading provider of innovative cloud-based procure-to-pay solutions for the hospitality industry, announces the appointment of Mr. Jochen Gaßner as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). His impressive background spans a variety of industries and leadership roles, and he brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table when it comes to advancing strategic growth and operational excellence.
Mr. Gaßner’s contributions will not end here; he will still be based in Böblingen. In addition to leading the company’s global operations as COO, he will serve as Vice President of Operations Europe and oversee FutureLog Europe GmbH and FutureLog France SAS. He will also make a major contribution to the Executive Committee of the company.

Setting uniform guidelines for the systems, procedures, and organizational structures will be his main goal. By cultivating a culture centered on customer success, he will also help FutureLog’s global teams grow. Employees will be directed to continue providing top-notch customer experiences under his direction.
Over the course of his remarkable two-decade career, Mr. Gaßner has held leadership positions in operations, product management, and customer service in a variety of industries. In addition, he has held positions as a speaker, moderator, university lecturer, and adviser board member.
