Jonathan Rush appointed General Manager at The Hutton Hotel
As the General Manager of Hotel Operations, Rush plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and making sure that both staff and guests are treated with warmth and comfort. His leadership credo, which is to “lead by example, inspire through integrity, and guide others to achieve their best,” serves as the foundation for how he goes about giving guests an outstanding experience. During Rush’s tenure at the Hutton Hotel, where he was previously the Director of Rooms, the hotel’s spaces have been successfully revitalized and strategic operational improvements have been implemented.
Born and raised in Nashville, Rush has a strong sense of community and a broad background in hospitality, having started out as a restaurant manager in the area. Then, he started working at the Doubletree by Hilton in downtown Nashville, where he held important positions like director of food and beverage and assistant general manager. While there, he also oversaw notable increases in revenue generation, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
