Debalina graduated from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland, with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management. She also has a diploma from the Institute of Advanced Management in Kolkata, which focuses on hotel management and catering technology. Her extensive experience and academic qualifications uniquely position her to lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments at the prestigious JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa.
Debalina is well-known for having extraordinary operational acumen. She has proven to be adept at managing daily operations while creating and putting into practice strategies that improve guest experiences, strategy planning, and operational efficiency while also increasing customer satisfaction.
