Kevin Sterling has been named Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club’s Director of Food and Beverage.
The executive director of food and beverage, Kevin Sterling, has been appointed, and Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is pleased to announce this. He offers the historic Cape Cod resort more than two decades of dynamic leadership experience and a wealth of knowledge in the management of upscale hospitality.
Over the course of a stellar 25-year career, Kevin has led food and beverage operations in world-class venues with a consistent track record of excellence. In 2023, he broke records for hotel revenue by leading a sizable team and overseeing a variety of food and beverage outlets in his prior position. His creative approach to menu planning and execution of mixology projects led to a nomination for a corporate award in the Beverage Division due to higher guest satisfaction ratings.
