Lynette Knutson has been appointed general manager of the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace
Lynette Knutson has been named general manager of the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin, according to a division of The Marcus Corporation, a nationally renowned owner and management company. In charge of the 240-room, award-winning hotel, Knutson brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry from the southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois regions.
Knutson most recently held the position of general manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East before joining Marcus Hotels & Resorts. In this capacity, she oversaw operations with strategic vision and planning and propelled year-over-year business growth. As a result, in addition to other accolades from NCG Hospitality, the property received the Hilton Award of Excellence in 2022 and 2023 and the DoubleTree Bright Together CARE Award in 2023. In addition, Knutson has held general manager positions at hotels in Rockford, Illinois, and the Madison area.
