Lallan Kumar is the new head chef at Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited’s site in Himachal Pradesh. He is a zealous food lover who has amassed a great deal of knowledge on cooking art. As such, he has been given the responsibility of overseeing all activities associated with this department, creating innovative menu choices as well as ensuring that customers have excellent meals whenever they visit.

A Proven Culinary Leader

Before joining Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Mr Lallan served as an Executive Chef at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Diu, Evershine Resort in Mahabaleshwar and Fairfield by Marriott in Ahmedabad respectively. In these capacities, he successfully managed culinary operations, created varied and imaginative menus, and sustained food quality and service standards that were high.

Expansive Experience in Culinary Arts

His career path also incorporates his role as an executive sous chef at both Fortune Inn Exotica in Pune and Evershine Keys Prima Hotel Mahabaleshwar. His work involved managing kitchen staff members, ensuring quality food preparation techniques were followed among other duties he did including contributing to creation of new recipes and menu items.

His professional journey started off as a Junior Sous Chef at Welcome Pine N Peak Hotel Pahalgam J&K where he specialized largely on Indian cuisine only
