Not less than two individuals had been injured in a conflict between two teams over a dispute in Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal on Tuesday, PTI reported citing police officers.
“There was a battle between two teams on Sunday. The group, which was extra aggressive, comprised 5 members. Three of them had been arrested quickly later, whereas two others couldn’t be,” further commissioner of police (ACP) Awadhesh Kumar Goswami advised PTI.
“There was a dispute between two teams over a minor concern associated to driving a motorcycle at excessive velocity two days in the past underneath the Jahangirabad police station. An FIR was registered, and 5 people had been named as accused. Of those, three have been arrested, whereas two are nonetheless at giant. The police are actively working to apprehend them,” Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP, Bhopal Zone-1), Priyanka Shukla, advised ANI.

In line with a PTI report, a conflict broke out between the teams on Tuesday once more over the presence of an individual who was not arrested within the Sunday case.
ACP Goswami mentioned that individuals who had been victims within the Sunday conflict hurled stones. He added that police personnel had been deployed for the Congress rally, they rushed to the spot and the state of affairs was underneath management.
On the idea of CCTV footage, the stone-pelters can be recognized and motion can be taken in opposition to them, the senior police official mentioned.
Two individuals have undergone a medical check-up and sustained minor accidents (within the stone-pelting incident). Some purported movies of the incident additionally surfaced on social media during which the miscreants are seen pelting stones, holding sticks and swords.
