Neelabh Sahay has been appointed as the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach’s new director of operations.
In his new position, Neelabh Sahay will be in charge of managing the hotel’s general operations as well as creating and putting into practice operational strategies to ensure the hotel’s market positioning.
Neelabh worked as the Director of Food & Beverage at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, where he oversaw the culinary department and food and beverage operations, before moving on to Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach. Neelabh is a dedicated professional with more than 18 years of experience in his field. He has been recognized for spearheading numerous successful initiatives and was named the 2024 Accor South Asia Hotel Awards’ “Food & Beverage Person of the Year.
Neelabh graduated from the Oberoi Center of Learning & Development’s management program in the culinary arts after pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration at IHM Pusa, New Delhi. His career began in the hospitality sector as a chef at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and he later moved to the Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences to oversee food and beverage operations.

Away from the office, he reads for pleasure and keeps up with the latest developments in international technology. Having worked as a chef, he likes to experiment with new recipes and blend peculiar flavor profiles to make something fresh.
