Ajay Kumar brings over 13 years of experience in housekeeping management across various international hospitality brands in India and the Middle East, along with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of excellence.
After graduating in 2011 with a three-year degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHM Hyderabad), Ajay Kumar started his career in the hospitality sector. He has since occupied a number of important roles for companies like Sheraton, Shangri-La, and Mondrian.
Ajay Kumar is acknowledged for his outstanding abilities in budgeting, technical training, inventory control, quality assurance, and expense management. In addition, he is skilled at managing teams, making decisions, managing time, communicating, and developing internal talent. Among his many professional accomplishments is earning a flawless cleanliness score.

Ajay’s many honors, which include being named Manager of the Month five times, the Congeniality Award in 2019, and LST/HOD of the Year in 2021, demonstrate his dedication to excellence. Additionally, he has a certificate from the Marriott Development Academy in Leadership and Housekeeping Level 3. His involvement in special projects has demonstrated the significant impact that his strategic vision and dedication have had.
