With his extensive background in food and beverage operations as well as event management, Pallab is well-positioned to lead and improve the events experience at the prestigious properties.
Pallab worked at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Centre and the JW Marriott Pune as the assistant manager of events and banquets before taking on his new position. He was instrumental in arranging and carrying out high-profile events in these capacities, guaranteeing excellent service delivery and smooth coordination.
Pallab was employed at Courtyard by Marriott in Siliguri as a Food and Beverage Executive-Events & Banquet prior to his time at the Sheraton Grand and JW Marriott Pune. His responsibilities included managing banquet operations, supervising staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service for diverse events.
Pallab started off as a food and beverage associate at Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott, quickly moving up to Food and Beverage Executive. His early positions gave him a strong foundation in the fine art of guest service and hospitality operations.
Pallab Maity received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the Global Group of Institutions, where he also gained experience in event planning and hospitality management.
