Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday attacked the opposition in Maharashtra, accusing them of getting an issue with “Sambhaji Maharaj’s identify”.

Addressing an election rally within the poll-bound state, the prime minister stated those that see their “messiah” in the one that killed the Maratha warrior-king are standing in opposition to the state and Maratha delight.
