Sarovar Hotels & Resorts in Rajasthan have appointed Rajat Dwivedi as their front office manager. Rajat has a great background in the hospitality industry and a plethora of front office management experience. He will improve both the guest experience and operational efficiency at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.
Rajat used to be the assistant front office manager at Lords Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, where he was the front office manager before joining Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. He showed remarkable leadership and organizational abilities while serving, and he played a key role in enhancing front desk operations and guest satisfaction.
The groundwork for Rajat’s later roles was established during his tenure as a job trainee at Royal Orchid Hotels. He advanced to the position of trainee supervisor at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd. in Jaipur, where he learned a great deal about front desk operations.
Subsequently, he took a supervisory position at Lemon Tree Hotels in Bani Park. Later, he joined the pre-opening team at Indana Palace Jaipur as a senior supervisor. He began his career as a front office executive at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kumbhalgarh, where he later became Duty Manager and further refined his skills in front office management.
During his tenure as Duty Manager at Indana Palace Jodhpur, Rajat was also responsible for overseeing day-to-day front desk operations and guaranteeing a flawless guest experience.
Rajat completed a specialized course in front office management at the School of Professional Graduation and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Rajasthan. ITI Technical College is where he received his technical training, in addition.
