Ram Kewat becomes the stewarding manager at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts.
Recently, MayFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, appointed Ram Kewat, a seasoned hospitality professional with a track record in stewarding management, as Stewarding Manager. With more than twenty years of experience, Ram is now in charge of MAYFAIR’s stewarding operations, making sure everything is spotless and that hygiene regulations are followed.
Ram worked as the stewarding manager at Marriott Hotels in Hyderabad, Telangana, before joining MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts. In this role, he was crucial in ensuring that food and beverage operations were conducted as hygienically and efficiently as possible. Ram oversaw all facets of F&B operations and hygiene management while working as the Stewarding Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd. in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, prior to joining Marriott.
Ram’s career in stewarding management started when he worked as a kitchen steward at the Jaypee Hotels in Agra. There, he developed his aptitude for keeping things tidy and managing a variety of tasks effectively. He has worked in prestigious hotels all over India for many years, where he has held progressive positions such as Executive Kitchen Stewarding at Marriott International in Bilaspur and Team Leader stewarding at HYATT Hotels in Raipur.
Ram has consistently shown a strong dedication to maintaining the highest levels of hygienic practices, cleanliness, and operational excellence in the hospitality sector. He is an invaluable asset to any organization he works with because of his extensive experience and leadership abilities, which guarantee efficient stewarding operations and outstanding visitor experiences.
