ITC Windsor is delighted to announce the appointment of Ritesh Arora as the new Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager. With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ritesh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Career Journey and Expertise
Ritesh’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 2011 as a Food & Beverage Associate at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur. He spent nine years at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru, honing his skills across various roles, with his last position being Assistant Food & Beverage Manager before joining ITC Windsor.
An alumnus of Amity University Rajasthan, Ritesh holds a B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration. His diverse skill set includes expertise in beverage portfolio management, fine dining operations, private dining, team engagement, and guest satisfaction. Throughout his career, Ritesh has been recognized for his exceptional performance, receiving accolades such as the “Bar Manager of the Year” and “F&B Person of the Year.”

In his new role, Ritesh will be responsible for elevating the dining experiences at ITC Windsor, overseeing all food and beverage operations, and driving innovative service standards to delight guests. Known for his leadership and ability to inspire teams, Ritesh is set to uphold ITC Windsor’s legacy of excellence in hospitality.
