Royal Orchid Hotels, Bhopal, promotes Kamal Parihar to Executive Housekeeper
After making exceptional contributions as the Assistant Manager (HOD) Pre-Opening at Royal Orchid Hotels in Bhopal, Kamal Parihar has been promoted to Executive Housekeeper. As part of his new position, Kamal will be in charge of the housekeeping division, making sure the hotel maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Prior to this, Kamal worked for Urban Company as a housekeeping trainer. In this capacity, he was in charge of hiring and educating housekeeping personnel, putting best practices into practice, and ensuring that service excellence was maintained. Kamal’s knowledge of housekeeping operations and staff management was extremely helpful in raising the caliber of the company’s offerings.
Before his tenure at Urban Company, Kamal was the Housekeeping Executive (Acting HOD) at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Bhopal. In this role, he led the housekeeping team, managed daily operations, and ensured that all rooms and public areas met the hotel’s stringent cleanliness standards.
Kamal also has extensive experience as a senior supervisor at the Hotel Atishay in Bhopal. His responsibilities included supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the overall hygiene of the hotel.
Working as a Pre-Opening Team Leader at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Bhopal, Kamal was essential in establishing housekeeping procedures, orienting new hires, and guaranteeing a seamless hotel opening. His meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership qualities were important components of the property’s triumphant opening.
Previously, Kamal was employed at Hotel Atishay in Bhopal as a Pre-Opening Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, he was responsible for instituting housekeeping procedures and getting the hotel ready for its official launch.
At Hotel Rajkumar Palace in Narsinghgarh, Kamal started his career in hospitality as a room attendant. Later, he worked as a guest service associate at Royal Orchid Hotels in Rajkot. He gained a strong foundation in housekeeping and guest services from these positions, which he has continued to build upon throughout his career.
Kamal Parihar graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. In addition, he finished a hospitality course at Pace Hospitality in Bhopal and a diploma in computer application (DCA) from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal. With his vast professional experience and academic background, Kamal has all the tools he needs to succeed in his new position.
