An important turning point in the hotel’s history has been reached with the announcement by Marriott International’s Renaissance Lucknow Hotel that Sachin Shet will take over as general manager.
Sachin has over 24 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry, and he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to his new position.
As general manager, Sachin Shet will use his vast experience to elevate operational excellence while providing hands-on guidance and unwavering commitment to the hotel teams. His strategic vision will be crucial in forming creative strategies that maintain the best possible guest experiences, guarantee unmatched service quality, and boost operational effectiveness.
Sachin’s career in hospitality began with Food & Beverage operations. He then moved on to take on important positions in both business and leisure hotels throughout India. His career trajectory underwent a significant chapter when he joined Marriott International in 2022, which culminated in his current position as Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai. Before joining Marriott, Sachin developed his expertise working for prestigious luxury brands like Taj and Leela, which expanded his knowledge of hotel operations and guest service dynamics.
Sachin’s passion for fitness and his marathon running skills go beyond his work endeavors, demonstrating his belief in the mutually beneficial relationship between personal growth and career achievement.
