Saira Dhir was named the new Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar Resort
Saira brings over 18 years of experience and competence to her new post.
Saira began her work with Indian Hotels Co. Ltd. in a palace hotel in northern India. She then continued her career with the Taj Group, working in a variety of roles and places, demonstrating her adaptability and devotion.
Her time with the Taj Group provided a solid basis for her subsequent responsibilities in the premium hotel business.
Following her experience at the Taj Group, Saira joined Thomas Cook as General Manager Sales for Leisure Inbound. In this job, she was in charge of high-luxury travel for selective clientele visiting India.
Saira was also engaged with The Leela Hotels, Palaces, and Resorts, where she was a key member of the regional MICE and leisure sales team.
Saira is known as an energetic leader who is dedicated to achieving goals. Her strategic thinking and commitment to excellence have been obvious throughout her career.
She is also committed to mentoring emerging talent, paving the way for their development and success in the hospitality business.
