Chef Sanket has held positions at some of the best hotels in the nation. He worked at the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar in his previous position. With his enthusiasm, expertise, and innovative flair, Chef Sanket is poised to establish a completely new benchmark in the food industry in his new position. His exceptional organizational skills, along with his confidence to take on roles and challenges, have laid a strong foundation for his guests and team members.
As the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu’s new Executive Sous Chef, Chef Sanket will uphold the hotel’s reputation and provide guests with more sophisticated dining experiences. In addition, he will supervise operations, manage and develop his staff, create menus, uphold high standards for food preparation and service, and help with inventory control.
