Sophie Rough is now The Chancery Rosewood’s Director of Talent & Culture in London.
After working as Head of People at Soho House & Co., Sophie is joining The Chancery Rosewood. She successfully launched several people-focused initiatives during her tenure there, contributing to the improvement of work culture by enhancing the employee experience while preserving and protecting the essence of the brand.
Sophie intends to preserve and strengthen the strong culture of the Rosewood Hotel Group through the hiring, training, and engagement of associates. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources, with a strong focus on commercial success, people strategy, and organizational development.
