The Golkonda Resorts & Spa & Hotel in Hyderabad has appointed Sudershan Singh Bhandari as its new director of the culinary group.

Sudershan Singh Bhandari has been appointed as the Director of Culinary Group at Golkonda Resorts and Spa & Hotel Hyderabad. Sudershan is highly qualified to work for the company based on his long-standing career in the culinary arts. He will lead the group’s culinary department and be singularly responsible for the delivery of quality meals and impeccable standards in all aspects of food and beverage at the resort and hotel.

Sudershan has worked in many other esteemed hotels prior to being employed at The Golkonda Resorts & Spa; some of them include being the Executive Chef of The Grand New Delhi Hotel and Residences, Eros Hotel New Delhi, Radisson Blu Plaza Hyderabad, and InterContinental Hotels Group. Leadership in those positions supported the performance of their food services and improved guests’ experiences.

It also accompanies the remarkable positions at the Sous Chef and Senior Sous Chef in Hotel Nikko in New Delhi and widens his valuable experience to work in the conditions that require high stress coping skills in order to become part of the hotel’s successful culinary team.

Sudershan’s professional experience also continues at the Grand Hyatt, New Delhi, as he undertook the responsibilities of Director of Cuisine to manage the culinary department and oversee the menus of the hotel to enhance the dining services.

Besides, he worked as an executive sous chef at Uppals Orchid Hotel & Suites, an Ecotel hotel in New Delhi, and as senior CDP at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts to prove his excellent management and outstanding capabilities to handle the kitchen team and provide the best kitchen specialties. He has work experience in execution as a CDP at ITC Hotels in Jaipur, which gave him a platform to polish his culinary arts.

Sudershan Singh Bhandari’s registered education is in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management, Organization Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and Culinary Arts and Chef Training from the World Association of Chef Societies. He also has a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.

Being a responsible and experienced candidate in the culinary field and interested in working with passion, Sudershan Singh Bhandari will be able to build up the culinary team of The Golkonda Resorts & Spa & Hotel Hyderabad and promote the resort as a place with superb dining service.
