His journey began in 1999 at Hyatt Regency New Delhi as a Prep Chef, and he quickly rose through the ranks, holding leadership roles at The Imperial New Delhi, Shangri-La, and several Marriott properties.
Most recently, he was instrumental in the pre-opening of Hyatt Regency Dehradun, where he curated exceptional dining concepts. His expertise in global cuisines, paired with his passion for culinary excellence, makes him the ideal choice to lead the Leela Ambience Convention Hotel’s culinary vision.
