The first, an 80-key Oberoi Resort, will carry the prestigious “Vilas” branding, synonymous with luxury and personalized service. The second will be a 120-key five-star Trident hotel, catering to premium travelers. Both properties will be managed by EIH Limited, the Group’s flagship company.

Nestled within a 60-acre site surrounded by the Ganges on three sides, these resorts promise a serene retreat in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh.
- The Oberoi “Vilas” Resort is being developed by Devprayag Ganges Resorts.
- The Trident Resort is owned by Jamuna Hotel Enterprises.
Both entities are part of The Ladhani Group. Renowned architect Bill Bensley has been entrusted with the project, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury, nature, and Rishikesh’s spiritual charm.
