Debyani Ray Bhattacharya has taken up the role of learning and development manager at the St Regis Goa Resort.
With effect from May 2024, Debyani Ray Bhattacharya was named the new Learning & Development Manager of the St Regis Goa Resort. She provides vast expertise in learning and development, having worked with major companies including Grand Mercure Bangalore, Grand Mercure Mysore, Novotel & ibis Bengaluru, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, and Hyatt Regency Kolkata.
Debyani worked as Senior Manager Training in Sales at HealthifyMe before to joining The St Regis Goa Resort. There, she oversaw remarkable sales development through creative training initiatives. She is renowned for her inclusive leadership approach and dedication to team coaching, mentoring, and upskilling.
