After the huge success of Hanu-Man, director Prasanth Varma is now all set to launch the movie’s sequel – Jai Hanuman. Forward of Diwali, the filmmaker unveiled the primary look of the upcoming film. It featured Kantara star Rishab Shetty as Lord Hanuman. He was seen carrying a Lord Rama idol inside what appeared like a temple. Commerce analyst Taran Adarsh shared the poster on Instagram and wrote, “RISHAB SHETTY – PRASANTH VARMA – MYTHRI: ‘JAI HANUMAN’ FIRST LOOK IS HERE… Rishab Shetty will enact the title function in Jai Hanuman… First Look poster unveils. Following the overwhelming success of HanuMan, director Prasanth Varma joins palms with Mythri Film Makers for the sequel. The movie – a part of Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe [PVCU] – is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar.”
Sharing the poster on X (previously Twitter), Rishab Shetty shared his pleasure for Jai Hanuman. The actor wrote, “A vow from the Tretayuga, certain to be fulfilled within the Kaliyuga. We carry forth an epic of loyalty, braveness and devotion. Extraordinarily blissful to collaborate with Director Prasanth Varma and Producers Mythri Film Makers.”

Jai Hanuman is touted to be a high-octane superhero motion movie. The Hanu-Man sequel depicts Kaliyuga, throughout which Lord Hanuman lives in Agyathavas, an exile certain by a sacred oath. Produced by Mythri Film Makers, the premiere date for the epic action-drama is but to be introduced.
In the meantime, Rishab Shetty is busy engaged on Kantara Chapter 1, a prequel to his 2022 movie Kantara. Set within the 300s CE, Kantara prequel’s plot delves deeper into the mythology and cultural context that set the setting for the unique movie. Kantara Chapter 1 is backed by Hombale Movies. The pan-India film will probably be launched in seven languages — Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali and English.
