Delhi’s pioneering speakeasy proudly announces the launch of Klarify—an advanced bartending course designed to redefine excellence in the bartending profession. Slated to take place in January 2025 at PCO New Delhi, this innovative program spanning five days is the country’s first deep-dive into advanced mixology practices, crafted to elevate experienced bartenders to the pinnacle of cocktail artistry.

Klarify spans 15 intensive sessions packed with cutting-edge techniques, and practical skills facilitated from leading advocates in the Indian alco-bev industry. The use of state-of-the-art equipment at PCO’s fully equipped lab further enriches the learning experience, while offering unparalleled mentorship. The curriculum incorporates advanced mixology techniques such as RotoVap, clarifications, fat-washing, infusions, molecular methods, and more, along with a deep dive into spirits, service design, and the art of flavour pairing. Participants will also explore sustainability and inclusivity in bartending, culminating in a thematic capstone project where they design and present an original cocktail menu for constructive feedback.

Commenting on the launch of this initiative, Vikram Achanta, founder and CEO, Tulleeho; and co-founder, 30BestBarsIndia and India Bartender Week said, “At Tulleeho, beverage education has been the forefront of our initiatives, and we have always believed in nurturing talent through innovative, industry-relevant training programs. From our roadshows for Diageo World Class, to our curated mixology workshops, upskilling bar talent has been the core of our motives. In time for our 25th year milestone in the beverage business, comes Klarify, representing the culmination of years of expertise, bringing together advanced techniques and practical knowledge to empower bartenders to excel in their craft and redefine the bar experience for their guests.”Rakshay Dhariwal, founder and managing director, Pass Code Hospitality and Maya Pistola Agavepura, adds, “PCO has always been at the forefront of championing mixology as an art form – from being India’s first true-to-roots speakeasy to curating award-winning cocktail menus, we have believed in the science of bartending and have nurtured some of the finest talent in the industry over the past 12 years. We are thrilled to partner with Tulleeho on Klarify, to foster the next generation of creativity and innovation in modern Indian bartending and enable bartenders to set new benchmarks on the global stage.”Extensive hands-on sessions, led by expert faculty and guest speakers from renowned beverage companies and the F&B industry—including Ajay Nayyar (chief operating officer, Tulleeho and Luxury Spirits Expert), Bhavya Verma (spirits education lead), and Vikas Kumar (bar manager, PCO Delhi)—will empower this cohort of bartenders with advanced skills and knowledge.
