Hotelivate has appointed Uttam Dave as its new Chief Strategy Officer.
Uttam Dave is an accomplished businessman and visionary leader with a stellar track record in the hospitality and real estate sectors. With a blend of strategic acumen and practical, hands-on experience and expertise, he has spearheaded the development of several pioneering businesses and projects across India and internationally.
His areas of expertise include corporate development, research and data analysis, feasibility analysis, planning, design, and project management for hospitality projects; building and construction of hotels; pre-opening activities for hotels; management, operations, and asset optimization for hotels; and legal contract negotiations.
Throughout his illustrious career, Uttam Dave has held key positions in prestigious companies like Pannell Kerr Forster Consultants, InterGlobe Hotels, and Accor Hotels, all of which helped to shape the hospitality industry in India. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The creation of this role marks another milestone in Hotelivate’s history, strengthening our commitment to forge stronger relationships with our clients. In his new role, Uttam Dave will direct his efforts towards expanding our development planning vertical, referred to as PEPA (Project Execution Planning and Advisory).
This division offers strategic counsel and direction during the initial development stages of hotel projects. Furthermore, he will leverage his extensive experience to enhance and grow our Operator Search business, in addition to overseeing other significant strategic assignments that can benefit from his diverse background.
Uttam will apply his vast experience to Strategic Assignments, assisting hospitality businesses in developing and putting into practice business strategies to re-engineer themselves and contend with competitive and disruptive industry market forces as the sector reinvents itself in response to new challenges.
Uttam will use his wealth of knowledge as a management contract specialist to expand and improve Hotelivate’s Operator Search vertical.
Alongside the executive team at Hotelivate, Uttam will develop and implement strategies for long-term success that will provide unmatched value to all parties involved—partners, customers, and stakeholders—during the course of hospitality projects.
