Venkat’s illustrious career began in 2001 in Food & Beverage operations at The Park Bangalore as a hotel operational trainee, progressing to roles in catering and event sales by 2009 at Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC). In 2014, he joined The Westin Chennai as
Account Director – Corporate Sales, where his robust Sales & Marketing efforts significantly boosted the team’s revenue and in 2021 he was also elevated to the position of Director of Sales & Marketing.
A results-driven professional, Venkat excels in pragmatic problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. He attributes his success to hard work and effective collaborations with team members and associates.
In his new role at Fairfield By Marriott Vadodara, Venkat aims to enhance all operational
departments, aligning the team towards operational excellence and superior guest experiences while identifying new revenue opportunities. He is known for his calm demeanor, effective team management and guest-centric approach which will be crucial in maintaining stellar guest

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management Chennai, Venkat has completed his MBA in 2016 from the Indian Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts Of India (ICFAI).
