He has years of experience in the culinary field and has honed his skill set in a wide range of cuisines, including Indian Sweet Section, Continental, South Indian, and Tandoori Curry. Chef Vikram is well-known for his work with well-known companies both domestically and internationally, such as Fairfield by Marriott, Oakwood Residency, and Grand Mercure. Chef Vikram has won multiple awards during his career and has triumphed in both domestic and international competitions.
