She has a proven track record of optimizing brand positioning, elevating customer engagement and expanding market share through data-driven decision-making and cutting-edge digital strategies.
In addition to her role at Lodging Dynamics, Hoekwater is the Founder and CEO of Net Growth Marketing LLC, specializing in scaling small to mid-sized companies within the hospitality, travel, recreation and tourism industries. She has also held senior leadership roles at renowned hospitality organizations, including Apple Leisure Group, Choice Hotels International, Great Wolf Resorts, Marriott International and WoodSpring Hotels, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. Most recently, as Vice President of Marketing and Reservation Sales at Surf or Sound Realty, Hoekwater led a transformative rebranding initiative, significantly increasing online sales, reservation revenue and customer retention while expanding the rental portfolio.Recognized as an industry thought leader, Hoekwater has served on advisory boards for major hospitality organizations, including Marriott International, and has contributed to hospitality education through her work with University of South Florida in Tampa.
