WH Parv Vilas Resort & Spa Appoints Hitesh Patel as Corporate Manager
Recently, Hitesh Patel was hired by WH Parv Vilas Resort & Spa in Himachal Pradesh to serve as Corporate Manager. Hitesh is well-positioned to contribute his wealth of experience and strategic vision to this new role. He has a strong background in hospitality management and a track record of leading prestigious establishments.
Hitesh was General Manager of The Clarks Hotels & Resorts in Vrindavan, The Banyan Retreat, The Grand Arc Hotel & Convention Centre, Best Western Holiday Regency in Moradabad, and Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, before coming to WH Parv Vilas Resort & Spa. He played a key role in improving visitor experiences and streamlining operations in these capacities.
Hitesh also served as the group general manager of Moksha Spa and Wellness in Parwanoo, where he oversaw a number of locations and significantly raised customer satisfaction and service standards.
His pre- and post-opening hotel management experience includes the Regency Lagoon Resort in Rajkot, the Comfort Suites Airport in Houston, Texas, and the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta Galleria Ballpark. All of these launches were executed with great success. Throughout his career, he has proven to be adept at overseeing intricate projects and facilitating a seamless transition from construction to operation.
Additionally, Hitesh has worked for Best Western Premier in Pennsylvania, USA, and Hotel Lakeview in Saputara as a general manager and project manager. He has also worked for Holiday Inn Express in the US as the general manager and project supervisor, showcasing his versatility in managing different facets of hotel operations and project management.
Prior to this, Hitesh developed his abilities in customer service and restaurant operations as the Restaurant General Manager at Olive Garden in Pennsylvania, USA.
Hitesh has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from The Wharton School, a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, and an Advanced Certificate in Hotel Operations from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hotel management from Pennsylvania’s East Stroudsburg University.
