As the new Executive Sous Chef, The Westin Gurugram in New Delhi has named Chef Ankit Malhotra. His 14-year culinary journey began at The Imperial, New Delhi, and has included stays at hotels like The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru, Taj West End Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Conrad Pune, and the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury.
In keeping with the hotel’s tradition of culinary excellence, Chef Malhotra will collaborate closely with the culinary team in his new position to curate engaging, inventive, and locally relevant dining experiences that are satisfying and fulfilling across the hotel’s distinctive food and beverage outlets.
